24.09.2011 - The Government of Kerala has appointed Shri. Tom Jose IAS., as the Chairman and Managing Director of the company, in the place of Capt.(Retd) C. Unnikrishnan. He took charge on 24.09.2011.

12.09.2011 - Construction of 14 jetties of the Muziris project was inagurated on 12.09.2011, by Shri. P.J. Joseph, Hon'ble Minister for Water Resources at a Function held at North paravur. When completed these jetties will give connectivity between various historical nad archiological sites in the Muziris Heritage area and will help to boost the tourism potential in the area.

12.07.2011 - Shri. Tom Jose IAS., has been appointed as the Chairman of the company in the place of Rear Admiral(Retd) B.R. Menon.
