APPOINTMENTS

KSINC wish to create a panel of qualified Syrangs, Drivers and Lascars for deploying on our boats and barges on leave vacancies and other contigencies. Interested candidates may submit their application along with copies of testimonials in proof of age and qualification and a recent passport size photograph.

Appointment to these posts are under the purview of the KPSC. Therefore KSINC cannot make these employees permanent under any circumstances.

QUALIFICATIONS

Syrang:
1. Certificate of competancy as Syrang issued by the Mercantile Marine Department.
2. In the absence of candidates having the above qualification, candidates with certificate of competancy issued under the IV Rules in Kerala also will be considered.

Engine Driver:
1. Certificate of competancy as Driver issued by the Mercantile Marine Department.
2. In the absence of candidates having the above qualification, those with certificate of competancy issued under the IV Rules in Kerala also will be considered.

Lascar:
Certificate of competancy as Lascar issued under the IV Rules in Kerala.

AGE LIMIT: No upper age is fixed. KSINC prefers candidates of less than 45 years.

RATE OF WAGES: Rs. 273/- per duty of 8 hours. Deserving candidates will be given enhancement based on performance.

LAST DATE: There is no last date specified. But KSINC reserves the right to limit the size of the panel based requirements.
